Discovery of PKM2 Activator for Regulating Glycolysis of GC

摘要
We virtually screened the compound Ula, which has a better binding effect with PKM2 protein structure, from the database of traditional Chinese medicine through a multiple conformation strategy. The most promising Ula showed high potency to activate PKM2.
